Operator and service
Qatar Fit Out is operated by Dreser Digital LLC, United States, hello@qatarfitout.com. We qualify projects and prepare comparisons of up to three licensed local contractors. We do not carry out construction work or provide design, engineering or legal advice.
Your request and your choice
Provide accurate information and only upload material you may share. We may ask for missing details before a shortlist can be prepared. Availability and suitability depend on the project. We do not guarantee a minimum number of suitable options. You decide which contractors may receive your details and arrange a free site survey. Receiving a shortlist does not require you to meet or appoint anyone.
Charges and construction contracts
Our project qualification and matching service is free for customers. Contractors pay us for qualified introductions. Construction costs, payment terms, scope, warranties and responsibilities are agreed directly between the customer and contractor. Qatar Fit Out is not a party to that construction contract. Mandatory rights and liabilities under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
Checks and comparisons
We review contractor evidence against our published checklist and the project brief. Checks do not guarantee future performance, workmanship, approval outcomes or completion dates. Review the contractor’s final documents and proposal before appointing them. Refer technical or contractual questions to appropriately qualified professionals.
Benchmarks and illustrations
Calculator outputs use published Doha office benchmarks with the fixed conversion and rounding explained in the cost guide. They are planning benchmarks, not quotations. They do not price other project types. Images and sample shortlist layouts are illustrative and are not claims of completed projects or real contractor offers.
Partner interest and questions
A contractor interest submission does not create a paid agreement, guarantee leads or confirm acceptance. Partner terms are agreed separately.
