Who is responsible

Qatar Fit Out is operated by Dreser Digital LLC, United States. Contact hello@qatarfitout.com about privacy requests. This notice describes the intended processing of project briefs, checklist requests and contractor interest forms.

What we collect and why

A project brief includes contact details, location, space type, area, budget, deadline, date flexibility, plan availability and any notes or file you choose to send. We use these to assess the request, ask for missing details and prepare a shortlist. Contractor interest forms provide business and contact information for partner review. Checklist requests use your email to handle the requested download, without automatic marketing enrolment.

Hidden fields record the source page, referring site origin and campaign parameters where available. These help identify where requests came from. Session storage keeps that attribution as you move between pages. The site does not store your brief or contact details in browser storage and does not install advertising trackers.

You approve contractor disclosure

We prepare your shortlist first. We share project and contact information only with the up to three contractors you explicitly choose. Submitting the brief permits us to handle the request but does not automatically approve disclosure to contractors. We do not circulate your contact details to a wider list of firms.

Approved contractors use the information to arrange surveys and prepare their offers. Their own handling of data is subject to their responsibilities. Ask them about information needed by any specialist involved in your project.

Service providers and retention

Netlify hosts the website and processes submitted forms and attachments on our behalf. Provider infrastructure may process data outside Qatar. Access to requests should be limited to people handling the relevant service.

We retain information only as long as needed for the request and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete it or remove identifying details. You can request deletion or ask for the retention basis using hello@qatarfitout.com. Do not upload identification documents, private financial records or other sensitive material unrelated to the work.

Your choices and rights

Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law, Law No. 13 of 2016, provides the framework for personal data protection. You may request access to your data, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. Contact hello@qatarfitout.com and identify the request concerned. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.

Withdrawal can affect our ability to continue a request. It does not make earlier lawful processing invalid. You may also raise a concern with Qatar’s National Cyber Security Agency through its official privacy channels. The applicable law governs any rights or exceptions.
